During the course, the program will be used to prepare project schedules, calculate and control costs, as well as monitor the growth of the project, whether progress or delay. It also calculates the duration of the project and the resources to be used and determines the optimal use of these resources, in addition to the ability to review any previous project and compare it with the current situation, and find out the extent of the delay, whether at the level of time or at the level of resources.
